His aunts have no intention of retiring and enlist Faith Turner, who manages a year-round Christmas store, to persuade their nephew to change his mind.
Faith is torn between wanting to help the aunts and not wanting to fall for David. She knows he’s only in town long enough to persuade Cora and Carrie to give up the inn. Can she help her friends and avoid falling in love?
Faith Fireworks and Fir edition by Pam Andrews Hanson Religion Spirituality eBooks
David Maxwell returns to Evergreen, Michigan to try to talk his aunts (Carrie and Cora) into selling their B & B and moving to a retirement community that's close to him in Arizona. He thinks they work to hard running their bed and breakfast and helping with church activities. At their age they should be enjoying life. Carrie and Cora love what they're doing and have no intention of doing as their nephew asks. Faith Turner has lived in Evergreen all her life and is now running the year-around Christmas store for her folks. David and Faith are instantly attracted to each other but both have been hurt so they are very cautious. Besides, David is only here to convince his aunts to sell the B & B and then he'll be gone. Will David realize that caring for his aunts may mean leaving them right where they are? Will Faith and David learn to trust the Lord for their future, no matter what that might be?This was a great, easy-to-read, up-lifting story. There was no major crisis or difficult topics to tackle, just a easy-going very enjoyable, romantic read. The cover really reflected the relaxed atmosphere of the book. I could totally see myself sitting in that chair reading Faith, Fireworks and Fir. Part of why I wanted to read this story was because some of it takes place during July 4, but you could really read it anytime of year. The characters were really fun to get to know. Especially Carrie and Cora. They were gems and to me, really inspiring! I totally enjoyed David and Faith as well. They felt like good friends by the time I finished the book. If you're looking for a quick and easy read that leaves you with a smile on your face then I recommend you pick up Faith, Fireworks and Fir.

Faith Fireworks and Fir edition by Pam Andrews Hanson Religion Spirituality eBooks Reviews
Love easy read romances before heading to bed and this one was perfect! I will be looking for more by this same author!
cute sweet clean story. liked that it was an easy read and not full of fluff. enjoyed the book very much.
This book had a clean and fun story line. I wouldn't hesitate to let my teenage daughter read it and I am very picky about that.
I enjoyed reading this book and had a hard time putting it down. It kept me coming back and looking forward to when I could read next.
This book is filled with love of family and friends. A chance to learn that family is more important than money. I enjoyed seeing different generations and how they related along with a little matchmaking!
I enjoy a light-hearted, clean, easy to read book occasionally and this book was all that. I loved the personalities of the characters and the small town setting. This was a free selection which I appreciate. I have discovered some new authors this way which I will gladly support by purchasing other books they may have.
It is nice to be able to have a good read once in a while. The fact that the book is centered in Michigan, my home state, attracted my attention. I enjoyed the well roundedness of the four main characters. The town of Evergreen could be any small town in Michigan. With all the "worldly" books out there to read, it is nice to read a faith based book every so often. I recommend this book.
